1 tbsp olive oil

1 celery stalk chopped

1 small onion chopped

1 jalapeno pepper chopped

3 cloves garlic chopped

1 tbsp Cajun seasonings

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

1 tbsp spicy chilli flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Egg beaten

1 lb ground turkey you can use beef, chicken, or pork as well

1 c panko or more as needed

Fresh chopped herbs and spicy chilli flakes for garnish


1 c sriracha

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chilli flakes

Salt and pepper to taste


Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.

Add the onion, celery, and peppers. Sauté until translucent.

Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.

Remove the pan from the heat and transfer everything into a mixing bowl. Allow it to cool at room temperature.

Add parsley, Cajun seasoning, egg, chilli flakes, panko, ground turkey, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Add the meatballs and sear each side for about 4 minutes or until brown.

Remove from the heat and place the pan inside the preheated oven. Bake the meatballs for about 10 minutes or until done.

Meanwhile, add the garlic powder, sriracha, chilli flakes, honey, salt, and pepper into a small pan.

Place it over the stove and turn the heat to medium. Simmer for a few minutes.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and spread it evenly.

Garnish with more chilli flakes and chopped parsley.

Serve hot and enjoy!
