These Honey Soy Chicken Thighs are so good that this was probably my fifth time cooking them this week! A big thanks to my good friend, Andy, for sharing this recipe with me because now, I get to share it with you as well. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! You know this already. Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this very simple recipe even better! Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves of garlic minced

salt and pepper to taste

5 tbsp raw honey

fresh parsley chopped for garnish

1/2 tsp ginger chopped

2 1/2 lbs. chicken thighs organic skin & boneless

3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

Add ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.

Remove the fat from the chicken.

Put the prepared chicken thighs into the bowl with the marinade. Toss until well coated.

Place it inside the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, then transfer them into a baking dish.

Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.

Turn the chicken breasts and broil the other side for another 5 minutes or until roasted.

Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, then pour the sauce on top. Enjoy!
