1 tsp of Avocado oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt
4 medium Russet potatoes
Wash the potatoes with water, then use paper towels to pat them dry.
Drizzle the potato with avocado oil, then rub each until well coated.
Lay the prepared potatoes into the Air Fryer.
Sprinkle sea salt all over the potatoes.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Cook the potatoes for 50 minutes or until fork-tender. Make sure to turn them halfway through the cooking process to cook the other sides.
Open each potato, then season each with more salt and pepper.
Top each potato with butter and your preferred toppings. (Make sure to check the things I listed below.)
Serve and enjoy!
